Processing time All products in the CineMood Store are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Romania & EU: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Australia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs and import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
